Classes at Proof

The new Proof bakery on Main Street is meant to double as a classroom space with its elongated customer-side bakers bench, which is located directly across the actual bakers bench. Help us break it in for the first time with this special class. 

There are only 12 seats per class. Select a day and time, and please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to 125 W Main Street in Mesa Arizona. Park in the back of the building.
