A long fermented sourdough featuring local heritage grain, stone milled flour combined with dried fruits and nuts.

This time it will be walnuts and cranberries that find themselves embedded between the layers of our local sourdough. This bread is surprisingly versatile. Enjoy it as a simple toast with butter, but also as a sandwich bread, or even an elevated grilled cheese with some gruyere or havarti.
