Our brioche comes out for the holidays as a true, decadent, velvety brioche that is slow fermented and naturally leavened. We finish with sea salt flakes. This dough is enriched with milk, eggs and a quality European style butter.

Made with a high percentage of locally grown, locally stone milled heritage whole grain flour.
These come in a tin sealed in a freezer bag. They can be frozen and then reheated in an oven at 350 degrees before serving if they are not consumed at the time of purchase.
