December 18th Holiday Wreath Workshop


A 2 hour long experience with Bread Artist Emerald Green after which you’ll take home your own Centerpiece wreath. This 2nd installment of our Proof Baking Club is a bit more advanced than the sourdough pumpkin workshop we are running in November. During the workshop you will work with a proofed baguette and boule in order to create your own wreath. Think guided dough surgery for 30 minutes, followed by a nerve wracking oven load, followed by a pastry and drink on us.
