Our Scruffins are sourdough croissant dough which has been laminated by our skilled bakers into 81 layers of dough and a high quality New Zealand butter. This dough is shaped into a muffin long fermented, and baked to reveal a beautiful honeycomb interior. The baked pastries are hand rolled in sugar, then filled with a house made filling.
These assortment packs come with 4 freshly baked sourdough scruffins. Two are Boston Cream and two are Peach Raspberry Bellini.
