Multigrain Sourdough


This loaf is primarily made of whole wheat Hard Red Spring (70%). The balance is Proof Blend, a touch of a structural non-enriched white flour, and 10% milled grains including quinoia, steel cut oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats. 

It has a rich nutty taste, keeps well, toasts well, and eats like the best multigrain you've had. One of our newer bakers Donald is responsible for developing this formula, and its the best multigrain we have ever made.
