This loaf was voted one of the top 5 loaves in the Phoenix metro area by the Phoenix New Times It involves a 30 hour fermentation. The inside is extremely soft, with an airy texture. This is a versatile loaf that goes well with just about any meal, or can be a great meal on its own.
